Our wide range of services includes specialized support such as Behavior Support, Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Early Childhood Intervention. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to ensure that each participant receives the individualized support necessary to flourish and fulfill their potential.

Motion Minds Collectives team is dedicated to employing a positive, person-centered, holistic approach to support NDIS participants. Our team will:

  • Treat Participants with respect, fairness, and without discrimination.

  • Educate Participants about their rights.

  • Seize every opportunity to engage with Participants and key individuals during the therapeutic process.

  • Safeguard participant information.

  • Develop opportunities for personalized information delivery, including 'easy-to-read' resources.

  • Utilize every opportunity to inspire Participants to engage with their communities.

  • Ensure Participants have the ability to provide feedback and make complaints in a manner that accommodates their communication and linguistic needs.

  • Ensure that Staff possess the necessary skills and competencies to effectively meet Participant needs.

  • Deliver positive behavior support services that meet or exceed relevant standards, including the NDIS Practice Standards, quality indicators, NDIS rules, and the Charter of Rights.

Rights and Obligations

Motion Minds Collectives advocates for the essential need and right of all Participants to enjoy rights and freedoms. It recognizes that these rights empower Participants to direct their own lives, inform their decisions, seek support, and achieve their goals. Motion Minds Collectives emphasizes that all Participants should have opportunities to:

  • Exercise informed choice and control over their decisions and support options.

  • Have the freedom of expression, self-determination, and the ability to make their own decisions.

  • Access supports that promote, uphold, and respect their legal and human rights.

  • Access supports that honor and respect culture, diversity, values, and beliefs.

  • Access services that promote and respect a person’s right to privacy and dignity.
  • Be supported to make informed choices that maximize independence.

  • Access tailored support services that respect their individual goals and aspirations.

  • Receive high-quality disability supports that value participant feedback and are overseen by strong operational management that genuinely cares.

  • Have the autonomy to make decisions regarding their care and support.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Motion Minds Collectives is dedicated to collecting a wide variety of information related to behavior support and personal details of Participants and their families, but only the information necessary to provide high-quality services. This information is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, except where legal exemptions may apply.

All information gathered by the Motion Minds Collectives team is done in a lawful and fair manner, ensuring informed consent from the individual or their legal guardian. Participants and relevant stakeholders are clearly informed about who is collecting the information, how it is stored, and the intended use of that information. We are committed to respecting the privacy of Participants, families, and carers.

Motion Minds Collectives values feedback in all forms. While we strive to deliver high-quality support to everyone we serve, we recognize that there are always opportunities for improvement.
